The momentum of the Slope Stability in Open Pit Mining and Civil Engineering symposia remains unabated and continues to be hosted regularly around the globe. These proceedings provide information and ideas on many slope stability in mining and civil engineering disciplines that will be of interest, and useful to, open pit mining and civil engineering professionals, consultants, researchers and suppliers. Although the global resource sector is enduring harsh and challenging times, mines continue to operate. These papers document the current best practice and state-of-the-art slope technologies.
These peer-reviewed proceedings feature 112 papers which comprise information on key areas critical for slope stability.
