Events Coordinator
The ACG invites applications for the position of Events Coordinator.
About the opportunity
- You will coordinate ACG national and international events including conferences, courses, workshops and seminars. Including some of the following: Coordinate event execution, including the venue, event schedules, programmes, OH&S compliance, exhibition space management, audio visual, and catering.
- Coordinate speaker and attendee liaison.
- Develop budgets in preparation of event profit and loss.

Professor of Industry Practice in Open Pit Mining Geomechanics
The ACG invites applications for the position of Professor of Industry Practice in Open Pit Mining Geomechanics.
The successful applicant will:
- Provide leadership in open pit mining geomechanics.
- Develop, promote and conduct applied research, as well as training and technology transfer to the Australian and international resources industries in the field of open pit mining geomechanics.
- Have extensive relevant industry experience and is committed to mine safety, applied research, and technology transfer for the resources industry sector.
