Paper submission requirements

Please use this style manual when preparing your paper. Please follow these guidelines as closely as possible to avoid your paper being rejected or returned for corrections. For guidelines and requirements on specific aspects of your paper, please refer to the menu above.

Style and formatting standards

To be considered for technical review, all papers must:

• not exceed 14 A4 pages in length
• be complete and submitted to the ACG by the deadline provided
• be prepared using the style template for the conference you are submitting to.

Content standards

Paper submissions must be:

• original, novel and not have been published previously or be being considered for publication elsewhere by the ACG or any other publisher
• technically focused and not commercially focused or promotional in nature
• complete upon submission – papers missing all or parts of sections, references and results are not complete and will not be accepted or considered for review.

Referencing standards

Please note the following:

• Your paper must be well referenced and informed. You may find the ACG’s Online Repository a useful resource for this purpose as it houses previous ACG conference proceedings papers.
• The referencing in your paper must be complete upon submission for your paper to be considered for technical review.
